1. Shipping Locations

At this time, HeavenSent Co. ships nationwide within South Africa only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once processed, standard delivery takes approximately:

3–7 business days nationwide within South Africa.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

4. Express Shipping Option

For customers who require faster delivery, a Next Business Day shipping option is available at checkout for an additional fee.

This option applies after the 24–48 hour processing period, unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

Any express shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, HeavenSent Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

We will always assist where possible in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

HeavenSent Co. is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. Additional courier fees may apply for redelivery.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (if applicable) to monitor your delivery.
