Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with HeavenSent Co. As a small, faith-centered business, we strive to ensure that every order is carefully prepared and delivered in excellent condition. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds After Shipment

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not offer refunds.

Refund requests can only be considered if the order has not yet been shipped.


2. Returns Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged or broken.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Requests made after 24 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for return consideration.


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

  • A request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear images of the item must be provided.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for:

  • The shipping cost to return the original item, and

  • The shipping cost for the new replacement item to be sent out.

HeavenSent Co. does not cover exchange-related shipping fees.


4. Condition of Returned Items

All approved returns must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned in resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Orders where the customer simply changed their mind
